Dupe Checker PRO Automation

Is it possible to schedule Dupe Checker Pro to run at specific day or time for instance 9:00pm Saturday? Does it work with Windows Task scheduler? Yes!

You can run Dupe Checker PRO via Scheduled Tasks or via your own schedule program.

Command Line Parameters

Dupe Checker PRO support few parameter from the command-line which allow You manage over Dupe results, save reports to different formats in specified files.

Key	Possible values	Value
set	File for your set	Open specified file with Search Scope and Filters You can prepare Set via Menu "File"->"Save Set"
format	html cvs excel text	output format. for example, if you use parameter "format=html", all result files will be created in HTML. By default "format=html"
opengui	true	if You plan to show results on screen set this parameter to true, otherwise skip.
full	file name	File Name for result file for FULL dupes
content	file name	File Name for result for content dupes.
name	file name	File Name for result for name dupes.
empty	file name	File Name for result for empty files and folders.
unique	file name	File Name for result for unique files and folders.

Sheduler Automation Smaples

Following command will be executed every day by scheduled tasks at 10:15.
Search Scope and filter options loaded from set file c:\Automation\DupeSet-1015.dpc, Output format is HTML file.
Only FULL Dupes will be processed and saved to C:\Automation\Results\Full-1015.html

DupeChecker.exe "set=c:\Automation\DupeSet-1015.dpc" "format=html" "full=C:\Automation\Results\Full-1015.html"

Following command will be executed every day by scheduled tasks at 11:25.
Search Scope and filter options loaded from set file c:\Automation\DupeSet-1125.dpc, Output format is CSV file.
FULL Dupes will be saved to C:\Automation\Results\Full-1125.html.
Content Dupes will saved to C:\Automation\Results\Content-1125.html.
Name Dupes will be saved to C:\Automation\Results\Name-1125.html.

Following command will be executed every day by scheduled tasks at 12:45.
Search Scope and filter options loaded from set file c:\Automation\DupeSet-1245.dpc, Search will processed, but not saved. Result window will be openned. You should manage results by hands.
